The day is recognized as that of national pride and honor, with Prime Ministers hoisting the flag and addressing the country from the Red Fort every year.
Entigrity celebrated Independence day and flag hoisting was done on Suramya Cricket Ground at 7 AM. We pay tribute to those who fought long and hard for our freedom. We honor their efforts and vow to keep the flag flying high in the sky.
