Initial Start with Entigrity:

Hubert began working with Entigrity two years ago with two tax accountants and bookkeepers. Mr. Manish, our CRM Manager, insisted on non-accounting roles that will relieve him of administrative duties. Hubert has given it a chance for non-accounting positions because he is already inundated with emails, many of which are junk.

Listen to what Hubert says, “As an accountant, we are constantly bombarded with emails, many of which are spam. We were impressed when Entigrity introduced us with Non-Accounting Roles that enhanced our firm by providing more than accounting and tax. Our virtual assistants, on the other hand, are really helpful in cleaning up our emails, identifying action items, and submitting them to us. They are very invaluable. We're so confident going into the next tax season that 70 percent of our mundane tasks are being handled by Entigrity folks who know our business and understand us”.

Hubert Says, We have been using virtual assistants because when the pandemic started our office was 95% digital, and predominantly we were using upwork. But, for various reasons, we conducted due diligence and discovered Entigrity last year. We started with one virtual assistant and now have a full fledged team of six offshore accounting staff, including 2 Virtual assistants and accountants''.

Hubert adds, "We have an interview scheduled and are anticipating the start of tax season on January 15. We have two additional offshore accountant lined up for January, bringing the total number of Entigrity offshoring outsourcing staff to six.”

Experience with Virtual Assistants and their day to day tasks:

Hubert Explains, “Email Management, Calendar Management, and Follow Up are the three tasks. The calculated proportion was approximately 70%. As entrepreneurs and business owners, we spend 70% of our time managing emails, calendars, and following up with the team.

So far, we're thrilled since we have two tax and bookkeepers, who we can't even call bookkeepers because they're so overqualified. I'd like to name them accountants because they analyse the set of books and relieve me of a lot of stress.”

Recommendation:

Hubert says, "My recommendation to anyone seeking offshore staffing is to plunge in. Entigrity is confident in its ability to assist accounting businesses in reducing their burden. Offshore accounting has become a must for all businesses. And the companies that aren't doing it, I feel, are losing a lot of it.”
