We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our reach within the CPE (Continuing Professional Education) industry by identifying and securing new opportunities with firms and individual professionals. You will focus on generating leads through LinkedIn and executing cold outreach strategies to engage with prospects across various company profiles.
Working closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams, you will help drive our mission of supporting accounting, tax, and finance professionals in staying compliant with their education requirements. Additionally, you will maintain an organized lead pipeline, contributing to our business development and sales efforts by creating new opportunities for growth. This proactive role is essential for fueling My-CPE's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, including CPA firms, EA firms, and corporate clients, on LinkedIn and other platforms. Execute cold outreach strategies via email and phone to initiate conversations and generate leads.
Cold Outreach & Client Engagement: Engage prospects through targeted outreach campaigns using various company profiles, building a steady flow of leads while fostering relationships with existing clients to explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, industries, and decision-makers within the CPE industry, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain and organize lead data in the CRM system, manage the sales pipeline, ensure follow-ups, and execute nurturing strategies to convert leads into clients.
Collaboration & Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with broader company objectives.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Present product offerings, address client concerns, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring smooth sales processes.
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing: Assist in organizing and executing follow-up strategies for prospects showing interest, ensuring effective engagement and lead conversion.
Event Participation: Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and virtual events to build relationships, generate leads, and enhance business presence.
