Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager with extensive review experience in Form 1120, 1065, and 1120-S to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage tax compliance and advisory services for corporate and partnership clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and review the preparation and filing of Forms 1120, 1065, and 1120-S for various entities, including corporations and partnerships.
  • Manage the tax compliance process, including gathering and analyzing financial information.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize their tax positions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, specifically with Forms 1120, 1065, and 1120-S.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with strong review capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
