Associate (Learning & Development IN)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This role will particularly focus on communication, reporting, and data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of our L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development and Delivery:
    • Assist in the design and development of engaging training programs and materials.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  2. Communication:
    • Develop and distribute L&D communications, including training schedules, updates, and newsletters.
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding training-related inquiries.
    • Create and maintain training documentation and resources on internal platforms.
  3. Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, attendance, and engagement.
    • Utilize data to make recommendations for improvements to training programs.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives.
    • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
    • Support the L&D team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
