Assistant Manager (HR & Admin IN)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to a positive workplace environment. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and handle employee inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized office.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Support to Management:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for management meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
